Toe Up Socks

This is the class for the knitter who wants to make socks. The socks are knitted, 2-at-a-time from the toe up on size 1-3, 40″ circular needles. This two part class will be held on Saturday, February 11th from 1:30 pm-3:30 pm and Saturday, February 25th from 1:3o pm-3:30 pm. The cost to sign up for class will be $40 which includes 4 hours of instruction and the pattern. Materials for the class are not included.

We all know how to pick the best yarn by color and touch, but will it really be the right yarn for the project you are ready to begin? This one hour class will help you learn about yarn weights. The class will be held Saturday, February 18th from 10:30 am -11:30 am. The cost to attend the class is $10 and includes one hour of instruction and a handout. No materials are needed.

Spirit Hat

This hat is just the thing for knitters who know how to do the knit and purl stitches. You will learn how to knit and purl in the round while creating this hat using size 7-24″ circular needles. Our sample is made with 1 skein of Noro Hitsuji yarn, a fun, bulky yarn that you are sure to love. The class will be held Saturday, February 4th from 10:30 am-12:30 pm. The cost to attend the class is $20, which includes 2 hours of instruction and the pattern. Yarn and needles can be purchased at L & B Yarn Co. the day of the class.

Beginner Crochet 1

Learn how to crochet! This is the class for beginners, no previous experiences is needed. We will teach you how to crochet an easy dishcloth using single crochet and double crochet stitches. Our sample is made using 1 skein of Cool Spun Cotton and an H crochet hook. The class will be held Saturday, February 11th from 10:30 am-12:30 pm and is $20 for 2 ours of instruction and the pattern.
