Flower Hand Towel
Spruce up your summer kitchen with an entire set of fresh flower hand towel. I think these would be an adorable Mother’s Day gift for that very special Mom in your life. The pattern written by Rebecca Mercier, has 3 unique centers which makes each towel different from the next. When deciding to make a hand towel you have to take the fiber content into account. We decided to knit ours with Mission Falls 1824 cotton because you can machine wash and dry this yarn without worrying about any consequences.
Cotton is also a better fiber to use when making something that is going to be used with water, it wicks away moisture and captures liquid in the fiber to make clean up easier. Cotton has been spun, woven, and dyed since prehistoric times, so Leslie and I were thinking it must be good! You can make your set all the same color or mix it up with different colored petals, which was Leslie’s original thought that I vetoed. I hope you guys enjoy this as we crack up about our writing skills. -B

Love the towels, but am I missing something? Did you post the pattern, or could you tell me where to get it?

No, We weren’t able to get the post to work yesterday. I think it is fixed now. Just click on the Designer’s name and it should take you to Ravelry, be sure you are logged into Ravelry so it will take you to the pattern.
